Completed Property Verification form by Tucson Association of Realtors (3 page form) in addition to all evidential paperwork that supports my research written on the form. 

(If your company has their own custom form, you can email it to me and I'll be happy to complete that one).

Completion Time:

Typical turn around time is 1-2 business days. 

Work begins as soon as payment is received.

$40. (Pima Co, Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, Green Valley).

$50. for properties outside of Pima.

My website links directly to Paypal for payment.  I also take Venmo. If you wish to pay with that instead you can send payment to @michellehinckley.  Please include the address and parcel number in the Venmo memo. (Last 4 of my phone code: 4837).

​Properties outside of Pima Co, Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, or Green Valley take considerably longer to research. For the increased time I charged an slightly higher fee to cover my time.
